"Hero characters" are the key elements of any Fiction type that create story actions with their behavior, speech and thought. In "magical realism", the hero character perfectly reflects on the unique features of this kind of story. Thus In the novel of "one hundred years of Solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez as the masterpiece of this genre and the novel of "Drowned" or "ahl-e-ghagh" by Maniro Ravanipour as one of the most prominent magical realism novels in Iran, the heroes indicate the most important component of this style scilicet the merging of historical and social reality with indigenous and ethnic legends, beliefs and customs. In addition, other features are found in the presence of these characters. In this comparative study, the writers of the twelve components have been described as such: The Immigration of the heroes, the role of leadership among the heroes, the power of predicting the heroes, the magic of some sort of characters and heroes, the role of alien characters in the awareness of heroes from the outside world, the struggle between the heroes, love, passion, hatred of love and desire Among the heroes, the consequences of the torture of conscience from the death of heroes, the hatred of industry and technology, and adherence to the traditional family of heroes, the spirit of struggle and freedom among heroes, the manifestation of characters in each other in successive generations, the tragedy in the death of heroes.
